Two Main founders of Intrenational Consulting Group (ICG) worked together for Qatar Petroleum, Doha, Qatar during 2006-2015. Since 2010 the ICG founders were involved in Qatar's Energy and Industry Sustainable Development Industries Reporting (SDIR) program and related Assessment Award program until 2015, 42 major oil, gas and energy companies were involved in these programs annually. Responsibilities include the involvement in the socio-economic, workforce and environmental chapters; and core members of the Assessment Award Program. Names or/and photos of Dr. Seetharamaswami Mruthini and Mr. Mohamad Awad are mentioned in both reports at page(135).

The sustainability assessment and regulatory business, technical and administrative activities were done earlier for Qatar’s Ministry of Energy and Industry locally in Qatar with other ministries, oil, gas and energy companies and business entities (stakeholders). They were the result of business engagement with regional and international organizations. In 2015-2016, the above senior professionals left QP, founded ICG (in December 2015) and initiated studies on Sustainability Programs for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), where the ICG gained approval on comprehensive SMEs industrial development & sustainability programs for the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and green building materials sectors in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
